“Facing the Media: A Speaker’s Guide” is a comprehensive resource to prepare spokespersons and communicatorsfor media interviews. It covers various aspects of media engagement, including interview preparation, conducting effective interviews, and crafting impactful messages that resonate with the hearts and minds of citizens.
The Speaker's Guide is specifically prepared under the "Communicating the BARMM Story," which aims to enhance the skills of the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM) Parliament spokespersons to promote and raise awareness on the Bangsamoro Parliament, Bangsamoro Electoral Code, Bangsamoro Autonomous Acts, and other priority concerns. The initiative is implemented by the Probe Media Foundation Inc. (PMFI) under the Activate Bangsamoro Phase 3 Program of The Asia Foundation (TAF) and funded by the British Embassy - Manila.
However, the guide can be used by all who want to master interview techniques, nurture relationships with journalists, and engage with the media confidently to make them partners in communicating your aspirations for uplifting lives in your communities.
