Island-Wide Training on Children and Media Date: 1.13.2007 Over one hundred radio and television media professionals from Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao participated in the "Children and the Broadcast Media" workshops conducted by PMFI, KBP and Unicef. The workshops were held in Baguio, Cebu and Davao in 2007. The topics of the sessions were on the Department of Justice Media Guidelines on reporting on children, psychological effects on children due to irresponsible reporting and broadcast techniques on interviewing and reporting on children.
